Bring on the SUMMER and getting out in the Garden!

Well fingers and toes crossed the wet and soggy weather has left us.

For how long who knows, but isn’t it fabulous to see the sun shining and being able to

actually leave the house without your umbrella and wellies!

While you’re out and about have you noticed that the Daffodils and Crocus have started to come out spring must be on its way.

Let’s hope after all this rain we are going to be in for a stunning summer just like last year!

Now the weather is improving I bet a lot of you are itching to get back in the garden weeding, planting and tidying to make your garden beautiful in time for Summer.

At the Wood Yard we have recently taken delivery of some beautiful handcrafted Dibbers these are great to help you with your planting.

We have a selection of Pea Sticks and Bean Rods in stock; we also have Tee Pees which I have been told under good authority will make your Sweet Peas look beautiful!

Are you planning a Veggie Patch this year? If you are don’t forget to grab some of our Plant Labels to help you remember what you have planted and where.  

Once you have decided what plants or veggies you are growing we have the Compost, Top Soil and Mulch to finish the job!
