Summer Has Arrived

That long awaited for summer weather arrived perfectly on time for our childrens school holidays, the change in temperature was very welcome and the opportunity to wear our lighter summer clothes also gave our faces a lighter and brighter look. Breakfast on the patio is a must, I was out there at 6.30am the other day on my own, the world was quiet, bird song prevalent and it was warm, the evenings are warmer and to eat outdoors is a must if possible, I am amazed at the number of gardens where this does not happen it is our summer we deserve to enjoy our gardens we work hard in them lets use them while we can.
This feel good factor has been enhanced by the Olympic games being held in London, most people are talking about the youth of the world their achievements and performancies, I hear “did you see?” and “what about” the games have given us common ground to become opinionated and passionate about. It is so important for us all to get out and enjoy this weather, we all need sunshine to keep us healthy and to improve our wellbeing and our feelgood factor.
