"Recycle for West Sussex consists of West Sussex county council, Viridor, Horsham district council and Olus. The group have successfully introduced a district wide commingled collection which has enabled the removal of paper and card from the green waste collections service. By removing the paper and card from the compost process allows Viridor and Olus to meet tighter physical contamination limits in the revised PAS100 2011 certification scheme and has provided an additional revenue stream for the partnership by redirecting the paper products to Ford Materials Recycling Facility."
